Just when we thought we’d seen it all, ProPublica just broke another major Supreme Court scandal involving the behavior of Justice Clarence Thomas.

The same billionaire GOP donor who treated Justice Thomas to luxury travel also paid boarding school tuition for Justice Thomas’ grandnephew to the tune of more than $6,000 per month.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think it’s asking a lot for the unelected justices with lifetime appointments on the Supreme Court to be held to a basic code of ethical standards, just like every other federal judge in the United States already is. That’s why I’m on a bill to get it done.
