John,
As you likely know, an extreme MAGA judge in Texas is attempting to ban an abortion medication that over 5 million people have safely used since it was approved by the FDA 23 years ago.
While this action itself is horrifying, it could upend our country’s medical research and approval process if the ban is upheld by the Supreme Court.
We need to elect Democrats to positions that appoint or confirm judges making these critical decisions. Your donation goes a long way in helping us do just that. Please click here and make a contribution right now. [[link removed]]

It’s not hard to imagine right-wing extremists going to MAGA judges in an attempt to ban other FDA approved vaccines and drugs purely for political reasons.
If courts are allowed to overturn drug approvals without regard for science or evidence, all FDA researched and approved medications and treatments are at risk of being invaldated by partisan courts.
Vaccines like those used to treat COVID-19. Or PrEP and other medications taken to prevent HIV. Or even widely used contraceptives. All are under threat if the extreme judge’s ban goes into effect.
That’s why we need your support today. Will you chip in right now to help elect Democrats and prevent extreme MAGA judges from being confirmed? [[link removed]]
Thanks,
