At the end of last month, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a temporary ruling to maintain current access to mifepristone, a form of medication abortion that millions of Americans have used safely for over two decades.
We’re happy about this decision — but we know this fight isn’t over.
Look, the truth is that Dem AGs are on the frontlines of the fights against the GOP’s anti-abortion efforts. In fact, Dem AGs’ actions are the reason many still have access to Mifepristone at all — and they’re not done fighting.
