Lee Zeldin is an extremist Republican whose voting record is out-of-step with New Yorkers:

- He called on the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, and voted to defund Planned Parenthood

- He voted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election

- He voted against universal background checks, despite the fact that an overwhelming majority of Americans support the requirement

- He voted against a bipartisan bill to lower prescription drug costs

- And he voted against the Equality Act, which would protect the LGBTQ+ community from discrimination

Not to mention, he just endorsed Donald Trump for president last week.

New York can no longer be considered a “safe” blue state. Lee Zeldin and extremist Republicans proved that in 2022.
