Haley has been a major part of the local community’s coalition to stand up to newly introduced policies to ban books, promote concealed weapons in the schools, attack LGBTQ+ students and their families, and remove truth about our nation's history from the curriculum. She is a member of Gen Z and is also a teacher, so she brings a deep understanding of what is at stake.

Keller ISD is a diverse school district that serves over 34,000 students. 48% of its students are Hispanic, Black, Asian, or multiracial, and they have over 2500 teachers. The biggest segment of students is grades K-4.

“Our public schools have and will continue to be the foundation of the American Dream,” Haley said. “We must stand up and protect them from this hate-filled agenda used for political games.”

Haley is focused on student success, teachers recruitment and retention (she worries her district will face an irreversible teacher vacancy issue as its teachers continue to endure a hostile environment created by the current Keller ISD school board). She’s the obvious choice for this seat. But she needs our help.
