John,
We still don’t have full results from Iowa, but here’s what we already know -- our organizing helped create historic youth turnout in Iowa, and we need to go all out to do it again in New Hampshire, which votes on Tuesday.1
This is urgent. The mess in Iowa makes New Hampshire the most critical day of the primary season, where we can send a message about our movement’s ability to win, without the noise of the caucus debacle.
We’re on track to have over a
hundred people come to New Hampshire for the final stretch and to have
hundreds more make phone calls from around the country. Honestly, we didn't expect the sheer number of volunteers ready to step up in New Hampshire. Right now, we can't afford to support them all.
Can you chip in today so I can give our team the green light to say yes to all this energy?

Iowa showed that our strategy is working. After months of organizing and talking to thousands of voters, young people turned out to caucus in historic numbers, an unprecedented 92% of all caucus-goers supported the Green New Deal, and climate change was the 2nd most important issue to voters -- it had never even broken into the top four issues before.
The Sunrise and New Hampshire Youth Movement team have spent months doing the same work in New Hampshire. We’ve gotten 11,039 young people to pledge to vote for Green New Deal champions and knocked on over 14876 doors.
New Hampshire's primary this Tuesday will be a huge test of young people’s power. If we pull this off, we’ll have conversations with thousands of voters who are on the fence, and with the polls so close, a few thousands people could decide who wins Tuesday, and who has the momentum to sweep the critical Super Tuesday primaries.
But with so many candidates, the polls show many voters are still making up their minds, so the next 6 days will be critical to deciding who wins the election. I want to give our New Hampshire team the go-ahead to go all-out to help elect Bernie Sanders and talk to voters about the Green New Deal.
Donate to power our movement through the home stretch.
