Manchin may have nearly $10 million cash on hand but only managed to raise $370,000 in the first quarter – with his largest expense category refunds.

Just this year, his donors have even been demanding their money back as Manchin has returned more than $90,000 to donors.

His approval rating has tanked and his fundraising is plummeting which has led to his title of the most vulnerable Democrat Senator for 2024.
