Folks,

Sean isn’t like most politicians.

• He’s a scientist and former clean energy entrepreneur, and he’s known appropriately as “the biggest nerd in Congress.”
• He rapped about energy policy to the tune of "Fergalicious" on the House floor!
• He’s in a cover band, Rockapedia, and he’s not too bad on the keyboard (we know we’re a little biased).
• He’s even run ten marathons and a duathlon with Team USA in Switzerland!  

But what really sets Sean apart is his integrity. He’s willing to do the right thing, even when the right thing isn’t the popular thing.

That’s why Sean’s on the front lines of the fight against climate change. He’s much more concerned about improving life for Illinoisans than the demands of powerful special interests.

We need to keep leaders like Sean in Congress. But unfortunately, we fell short of our end-of-month goal for April, and now we’re in danger of having to make budget cuts just to keep our campaign running properly.
