The Mayor of NYC declared a state of emergency over recent migrant buses.

Mayor Eric Adams declared a state of emergency over an influx of migrants sent to his city by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. He requested that FEMA stop sending funding to cities that ship migrants north, and asked for emergency relief.
