Every Democratic Presidential Administration since Kennedy has left for their Republican successors a better deficit situation than they inherited; and every Republican Presidential Administration since Nixon has left a worse deficit situation for their Democratic successors than they inherited. So I have no interest in being lectured by Republican lawmakers on the topic of fiscal responsibility. It is their policies that have resulted in the economic turmoil faced by Americans today, and we deserve better.

We need to invest in our education, our infrastructure, and most importantly our PEOPLE.

It is the duty of the US House to champion legislation that uplifts our economy and represents the best interests of the people we serve. Not the extreme MAGA agenda that House Republicans are currently pushing. That’s why it is so important that Democrats take back the majority next year.
