Mary Grecco Named Vice President
of Finance and Administration at the
Foundation for Child Development

Today, the Foundation for Child Development (the Foundation) announced that Mary Grecco has joined its senior leadership as vice president of finance and administration.

Mary will provide leadership for the Foundation’s finances, operations, compliance, and grants management as a strategic partner to its new President and CEO Dr. Vivian Tseng.
“Mary is a passionate leader with vast experience in finance, investments, administration, and philanthropy,” said Dr. Tseng. “We are fortunate to have her onboard to build the strong infrastructure the Foundation needs to advance our mission to advance equity for young children through evidence-informed policy and practice.”

Mary is a certified public accountant who has over 25 years of experience in philanthropy. She was the chief financial officer and vice president of operations for The Overbrook Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to protecting human rights and conserving the environment. Prior to that role, Mary acted as both chief financial officer and chief compliance officer for Overbrook Management Corporation, a family office and registered investment advisory firm.

“I am delighted to join Vivian, the staff, and the Board as FCD nears its 125th anniversary working to build better lives for young children,” said Grecco. “I look forward to joining this dedicated group of professionals and doing all I can to be a resource to my colleagues and the Board.”

Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College. She earned the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional certification and serves as assistant treasurer at Front Line USA Foundation, a nonprofit established to support the work of human rights defenders.
