The decarbonization project will be undertaken in partnership with Tunley Engineering and will help create a plan to reach zero carbon emissions by the year 2040 by using next-generation equipment with low-carbon fuel sources (electricity/hydrogen/biofuels, etc.). The plan will also set goals for the reduction of dust, particles, odors, and other harmful emissions from port activity.
