If President Biden does not act immediately, all hell will break
loose.

Title 42 - a critical law in preventing a new wave of illegal
border crossings that was enforced under the Trump Administration
- is set to expire on May 11th. As soon as this happens, illegal
border crossings are set to double!

Look at these numbers:


Over the last 90 days, Border Patrol has had 566,136 encounters
with illegal immigrants.
That amounts to 6,300 encounters a day.
Without Title 42, this number could rise to over 1.1 million in
90 days based on estimates from Customs and Border Patrol.


...and that's not counting those who don't get caught by Border
Patrol!

Title 42 is the Biden Administration's most effective tool in
their border security toolbox, and they are taking it completely
off the table without any thought of a replacement. This is a
purely political decision driven by radicals who want open
borders.


What the heck is it going to take to make the Biden
Administration take this seriously?



Communities across America, and even big city Democrat mayors,
are begging Biden to do something, to change course and change
the policy. They are overwhelmed by the increase in crime, in
drugs, and in human trafficking all as a result of the open
border and illegal immigration.

John, I need folks like you to send a strong message to the
Biden Administration - don't fix what's not broken, leave Title
42 in place!

President Donald Trump did the best job in my political lifetime
at protecting our nation and stopping the flood of illegal
immigration at our southern border. When he did something, like
Title 42, it worked. For Biden to allow Title 42 to expire just
because it's a policy from President Trump's Administration is
ridiculous.

It's clear that we cannot expect any meaningful enforcement of
our laws or defense of our border from Joe Biden and the
Democrats, John - which makes it even more necessary than
before to defeat him and Secure the Senate in 2024.
