I will continue to work with my colleagues in Congress to ensure that DHS has the necessary resources to withstand any influx of migrants and implement consequences for those who enter our country illegally, all the while providing a safe and orderly process to seek asylum. As always, if you need help with a federal agency, please contact one of my offices: - Washington, DC: (202) 225-1640
- Laredo: (956) 725-0639
- San Antonio: (210) 271-2851

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host virtual public hearings through tomorrow, Thursday, May 4, at 1:00 PM CST, to provide the public the opportunity to present comments and information on the Agency's ethylene oxide proposal. The EPA considers all comments equally, whether submitted in writing to the docket, or given orally at a public hearing.
For more information on the virtual public hearing, click here.
I look forward to working with the EPA to find a balanced measure that reduces Laredo's exposure to ethylene oxide while safeguarding access to critical sterilized medical equipment.
