Fellow Conservative,
Heritage Action has identified three priority areas that can and need action before the end of the summer, and we have created a toolkit for each of these issues.
The national debt and spending - The American people know that spending and debt are two sides of the same coin. Since March of 2020, Joe Biden and the Democrats have recklessly spent over $7 trillion dollars, which is about what the total national debt was just 16 years ago.
This unrestrained and unsustainable growth in spending has triggered high inflation and has also created the specter of a default on the nation’s debt payments by pushing our backs against the $31.4 trillion debt limit.
House Republicans are the only ones who have a plan and they passed the Limit, Save, Grow Act which included the policy proposals set forth in Heritage Action’s first debt ceiling toolkit. Now, that toolkit has been updated <[link removed]> to give you the latest information and tools on the current fight to:
- Limit federal spending
- Save taxpayer dollars
- Grow the economy
- Prevent a default

Border Security - Since September of 2022 <[link removed]>, Heritage Action has been calling for a comprehensive border security package. After months of advocacy by both Heritage Action and dedicated grassroots activists, the Secure the Border Act has finally been compiled.
Heritage Action has also updated its border security
toolkit <[link removed]> to reflect the new landscape of the border debate in anticipation for a Border Security Package to be introduced in the next two weeks. Conservatives are now no longer reacting to the narrative, they are steering the narrative.

Protecting Women and Girls - The Department of Education has issued a proposed regulation that would put women on the backfoot in their athletic endeavors.
According to the Department of Education <[link removed]> “Under the
proposed regulation, schools would not be permitted to adopt or apply a one-size-fits-all policy that categorically bans transgender students from participating on teams consistent with their gender identity.”
Translation: Schools must allow males to partake in women’s sports, enter women only spaces such as locker rooms, and encroach
on women’s safety or risk losing federal funding.
But we do not need to accept this rule as the outcome.
The last time Biden tried to implement a rule like this one, public pressure forced them to abandon their attempt.

>>>Submit your comment NOW <[link removed]> and share this link with everyone you know. This is a fight to protect female sports, opportunities, and spaces. And it is a fight that can be won.
Public comments slow the administration's implementation of the regulation down, and can be used against the regulation in court. With enough pressure, it can even cause them to abandon the regulation altogether.
These are critical fights happening right now and these toolkits are designed to help you fight back..
Thank you for your activism.
