That's why Michael just introduced the School Shooting Safety & Preparedness Act, a bill that will collect data on school shootings to inform policy solutions and help us take a step towards keeping our kids safe.

From Columbine to Aurora to Boulder, Michael often points out that his daughters' generation has grown up in the shadow of gun violence — something his generation never had to do.
