Notice of Proposed Permit to Construct
In accordance with W.S. § 35-11-301(a)(iii) and Water Quality Rules Chapter 3, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), Water Quality Division (WQD) is proposing to issue a Permit to Construct for the Teton Village Resort small wastewater facility. Under application number 2023-025, Basecamp Teton WY SPV LLC has proposed to install a sand mound system with total mound size of approximately 156’ X 16’, fed by two 1500 gallon septic tanks and two 1000 gallon pumping chambers; HDPE water and sewer lines; and a pump house for the well. The permit applicant is Basecamp Teton WY SPV LLC, ℅ Oscar Covarrubias, 333 E. Main, Lehi, UT, 84043. The proposed facility is located in the NE¼SE¼, Section 36, Township 42 North, Range 117 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Teton County.

Beginning May 3, 2023 and ending at 5:00 P.M, (MST) on June 2, 2023, WDEQ will consider all written comments on the draft permit and written requests from any interested person that requests a public meeting be held. Written requests for public meetings shall indicate the name and full mailing address of the individual requesting a meeting, the interest that individual has in the project, the grounds for holding a public meeting, and shall be directed to the Water Quality Administrator at the address below.
