A Dallas hospital committee is still holding the threat of a 10-day countdown over Baby Legend and his family.
Legend is in the hospital after he became unconscious during birth.
His treatment is working, but the hospital held a meeting to consider taking away treatment against his mom and dad's will.
>> (Yes, this is legal under the horrible 10-Day Rule.)
Baby Legend's mom and dad contacted Texas Right to Life to help fight for his life.
The hospital agreed to ask other facilities to transfer him before they decide whether to start the countdown, but they are denying him the surgery he needs to help make it happen.
Please pray that the hospital helps Baby Legend get the surgery he needs!

Although it is a blessing that the hospital has not yet imposed a countdown on his life against his parents’ will, Baby Legend needs to be transferred to a children's hospital that is willing to care for him.
