Okay, team, I’ll start with the bad news: We didn’t quite meet our April end-of-month goal.

This is a worrying sign, because in just a few weeks, we’ll be in the midst of the infamous Summer Slump season. It’s not going to be easy to keep our campaign functioning optimally.

The thing is, I don’t like asking you for money. I’d much rather tell you all the nerdy details about my work on the environment and clean energy or expose right-wing hypocrisy in Washington.

But when it comes to winning elections, resources are the name of the game. So, I’m gonna make you an offer you can’t refuse.
