John, we’re exactly two weeks from Election Day, and the Mayor’s race is still a dead-heat. We’re in position to pull ahead because we have the strongest grassroots team in the race, but it’s going to take an all-out effort from all of us to overcome dirty attacks coming our way.

Here’s what you missed if you blinked last week:

POLLS SHOW A FIVE-WAY TIE. The first public poll in our race shows Helen in a statistical logjam at the top, but it also shows her leading among early voters. We have an incredibly organized and motivated coalition, and that puts us in position to pull ahead.

LEADING PROGRESSIVES ENDORSE HELEN. Congressmembers including Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, and Jamaal Bowman just endorsed Helen, joining state and local lawmakers like Nikil Saval, Elizabeth Fiedler, Jamie Gauthier, Kendra Brooks, Rick Krajewski, and Tarik Khan.

AND WE’RE OUTWORKING EVERYONE IN THE FIELD. We’re the only campaign in this race with a citywide organizing program — meaning we’re reaching the most voters face-to-face via door knocking, rallies, and events across Philly. Our volunteers are reaching tens of thousands of voters every single week.

BUT WE’RE FACING BILLIONAIRE-TIED ATTACKS. A shady org linked to far-right billionaire Jeffrey Yass (the richest man in PA) is attacking Helen on TV. The GOP and the wealthy elite want “anyone but Helen” as Philly’s next mayor because they know she’s the only candidate with a vision bold enough to change our broken status quo.

John, we have a clear path to victory in this historically close election, but we can’t allow the self-funding millionaires and shady billionaires to have the last word. That’s why we’re working nonstop to raise enough funds to increase our ad budget and expand our on-the-ground outreach.
