Petitioning Boebert to do her job.

John,

Extreme right-wing elected officials like Boebert stay in the headlines for the horrible things they say, and advocate for, but what falls between the cracks is the sheer incompetence that follows them in their offices. These flaws are reflected acutely in how they interface and manage relationships with their constituents.

Boebert and her team's constituent services have been widely criticized for being anything from ‘ineffective’ to ‘generally absent.’

This pattern of disregard leaves voters in Colorado's 3rd congressional district high and dry when they are in need of assistance from their government or when they demand their grievances are heard.

Nowhere is this disregard more apparent than in Boebert’s lack of town halls.

Back in 2022 during a twitter beef with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), AOC criticized Boebert for being “too scared” to stand before her constituents and take their questions in an open format.

The only events she has held are mere simulations of town halls - invite only or in a highly mediated digital format. A town hall was set up for her early in 2021 but was canceled soon before she was scheduled to attend, though she recently opted to have a closed door ‘rally’ in a public school in front of children instead.

Pressuring Boebert to host a town hall will give her constituents a forum to put her on the spot and question her about her corrupt finances, troubling incidents in her personal life, her ineffectiveness as a legislator, and more. This is why we are launching a full court press to get her to host a town hall.

As a part of this effort commuters driving along I-70, a main vein that runs through Colorado’s 3rd congressional district, will now get a daily reminder that they should push Boebert to host a town hall.

The Billboard we plan to put up along I-70.

These billboards aren’t cheap but for a few thousand dollars we can give CD3 voters driving through Colorado’s western slope a constant reminder of Boebert’s disregard for them.

John, can you step up with a contribution of $15 or more to help us plaster the gateway to Lauren Boebert’s district, Colorado’s I-70, with these billboards?

This summer lets ramp up the pressure on Boebert to host a townhall - if we can raise the heat high enough we just might be able to back her into a corner with no choice but to host one.

Yours in the fight,
