john -- the State of the Union is tonight, and this is what I would like to hear the President address:

How to improve access to health care, stop rural hospital closures,and combat the opioid epidemic;
How to put an end to the this disastrous trade war;
How to promote our national security;
How to curb the corrupting influence of dark money in our elections.

Those are the issues I want to address as Tennessee's next senator. If you care about those issues, john, chip in to our campaign before the State of the Union tonight. →

But truthfully, my expectations are low.

The President has proved time and again that he's out of touch with the needs of Tennesseans, and there are way too many senators afraid to stand up to him when he's wrong.

If we want to tackle these issues and more, we've got to change who we send to Washington.

I'm an outsider, a veteran, and a man of faith, and I promise my service will always uphold the oath I make to my country. I'll stand up for what's right and stand up to any president when they're wrong.

Our campaign is people-powered, and I'm relying on grassroots support to win in November. If you can, please make a contribution before tonight's State of the Union address. Thank you.

In service,

James
