In honor of LGBTQ+ History Month in October, Equality Virginia will be celebrating our Commonwealth’s vibrant queer past, the work we are currently doing, and the future we deserve at the 20th anniversary of the Commonwealth Dinner on October 7th! Tickets go on sale August 1st!

At this year’s gala, Equality Virginia will honor five individuals and one community organization during the OUTstanding Virginian awards! These awards recognize the incredible work that advocates, community members, and organizations do to bolster and defend LGBTQ+ equality across the Commonwealth.

Across the country, including here in Virginia, we are witnessing an unprecedented, coordinated assault on our lived and legal equality. But thanks to community members, partners, and our allies we've been able to push back as we work together to achieve full liberation for all LGBTQ+ people.
