North Dakota's Governor signed a law limiting transgender care.

Republican Gov. Doug Burgum signed a bill that restricts transgender care and bans gender-affirming care for minors into law. Gender-affirming care has been available and legal in the U.S. for over a decade and has the endorsement of various medical associations.
