Today is the first day of Wellstone Academy! The Minnesota DFL has recruited a diverse group of fellows who will complete an intensive 32-week training curriculum designed by top campaign experts from around the country. 

This first-of-its-kind program will train future campaign staff on the skills needed to turn a campaign job into a career, giving us a critical headstart going into 2024. Fellows will learn how to plan and execute direct voter contact, how to recruit and train volunteers, how to use digital organizing tools, and so much more. 

Wellstone Academy was built to honor the legacy of Senator Paul Wellstone, who knew better than anyone that the best way to win elections is by organizing door-to-door and neighbor-to-neighbor.

When we announced this program back in February, we received a rush of support from this grassroots team. But in order to keep up that momentum and ensure this program is successful, we need your continued support.
