Here are some things I know for sure:

1. Donald Trump will take the stage tonight to deliver his State of the Union Address, where he will peddle his dangerous agenda and relish in the attention he doesn’t deserve.
    
2. He’ll lie and claim his attack on Iran earlier this year was justified and made us safer. He’ll lie and say his erratic behavior puts us in a stronger position globally. He’ll be the only one in the room that actually believes this.
    
3. VoteVets is fighting back against his corrupt administration harder than ever. We’re taking nothing for granted and putting all of our efforts into holding the House, flipping the Senate, and removing Donald Trump from office.

For too long Donald Trump has disrespected the lives and service of American veterans and military families, and tonight will be no different. It will be infuriating to watch and incredibly hard to listen to, but it’ll just make me that much more fired up for all the critical work we have planned for the rest of this year.
