Conservation Lobby Day is back! We are so excited to invite you to join MCV and our partners in Maine’s Environmental Priorities Coalition for our most impactful day of the year!

Please mark your calendars for Thursday, May 18, from 8 AM to 12 PM at the State House in Augusta.

Here's a little more information if you haven’t experienced our Conservation Lobby Day before: Members and activists from around the state gather together in Augusta to interact directly with their elected representatives in the legislature. You’ll visit and meet with them in person to talk about supporting legislation and issues that directly affect you and your community.

First, though, you’ll learn the basics of lobbying and hear from leaders fighting to advance climate action, further environmental justice, and protect our environment and communities. Then you'll head over to the capitol to meet your legislators face-to-face to talk about the changes you want to see in Maine.

All are welcome! We want to show lawmakers that environmental action matters to all Mainers. Register today to ensure you get updates and materials for one of our favorite events of the year. If you need a ride to the State House, please indicate that on the sign up form. We will try to coordinate rides for folks that need one.
