I am emailing to encourage you to sign up to testify in the Healthy Homes Act in DC city council on May 9 to support the Healthy Homes Act, a bill that will subsidize electrification of 30,000 low and middle income homes in DC. I have attached a one pager with suggestions for testifying. If you are not able to testify, you are encouraged to email the Committee on Transportation and the Environment, as well as your own council member.
