Effected neighbors have been evacuated; others have been notified to shelter in place until further notice. Gillander Avenue is closed to all traffic. Gamage Avenue is closed at the intersection of Park Avenue/Lake Street, and at Grandview Avenue. Park Avenue is closed to through traffic from Lake Street to Summer Street.
