We have some exciting updates to share from the front lines of human rights advocacy. As you know, CitizenGO is dedicated to speaking loud and clear for the values we all cherish, even when it means raising our voices in adverse environments. We're proud to say that our collective voice was heard at last month’s 52nd United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC).

The United Nations Human Rights Council is an important international forum, where ambassadors from the U.S. and all UN member states gather to discuss, protect, and promote human rights around the world. Our presence at the UNHRC as an NGO, dedicated to the fight to promote human rights for each and every person, is essential, as it allows us to address a diverse range of topics and influence policy decisions on a global scale.

During our collective interventions at the recent UN Human Rights Council, we put forward the objectives of some of our more recent local campaigns, including defending freedom of religion and expression following the authoritarian buffer zones law in the UK, standing up for the Dutch farmers in the Netherlands, and radical gender ideology infiltrating into schools and organizations across Europe.

We were also proud to advocate our global initiatives, and show that we will never back down from defending the values we believe in: life, family and freedom, and that the human rights we fight for, are NOT negotiable.

These campaigns represent the issues that matter most to you and I. That is why we believe that by elevating your voice at the United Nations, we are able to show that together we can oppose, resist and fight for what is right, and seek to make an impact for the lives of the most vulnerable, worldwide.

But it doesn’t end here. For from it - the road ahead is as challenging as can be. 

The issues we are dealing with and the battles we are engaged in worldwide with our campaigns, are just evidence of how difficult these times have become. We are fighting on all fronts!

There are those who seek to silence voices like ours, even in international organizations like the United Nations. They are uncomfortable with the fact that millions of us are daring to stand up and defend the truth. 

That is why we won't be deterred. As long as we stand together, our collective voice will continue to resonate in the halls of power, both locally and globally.
