Donald Trump is going to speak in front of Congress tonight to deliver the State of the Union. We’re telling our truth with the #RealSOTU.

John,

Donald Trump is going to speak in front of Congress tonight to deliver the State of the Union. We know what he’s going to do — lie and pervert the facts to advance his self-interest and protect his cronies who ensure that he never pays the consequences for his corruption.

We’re not having it, John. It’s absolutely crucial that the real truth is exposed about what’s going on in our country.

That’s why we’re asking everyone to share their reality of life in America with #RealSOTU so we can drown out Trump’s lies with the truth. Share your story with us here and we’ll share it tonight during the #SOTU.

People are hurting. Between rising wealth inequality, rampant climate impacts, and families being torn apart by racist immigration policies – the harms of this administration are being felt everyday.

But through the hardships, there’s also a historic level of resistance to this president, which we saw on January 21, 2017 at the first Women’s March and every day since then for the last three years.

We want to hear your hardships and we also want to hear all the ways that your communities are fighting back and uniting together to protect this country and the democracy that we love.

Share your own #RealSOTU with us here and post on your own social media tonight during the State of the Union which begins at 9pm ET.

Together we can dominate the conversation and expose the real truth about the state of our nation.

We can’t wait to read and share your responses.
