Legal aid for victims of discrimination
---------------------------------------

Our recent inquiry into legal aid for victims of discrimination
in England and Wales identified a number of barriers to justice
and found that very few people are getting the representation
they need.

It also highlights that people who are not financially eligible
for funding but cannot afford to pay for their own legal advice
are slipping through the cracks – including some of those living
below the poverty line.
