Last week, when we announced my campaign for Congress in 2024, we chose April 27th as the date because it was the 85th anniversary of the first American receiving a Social Security check. We chose that date to highlight Scott Perry's plan to cut Social Security and Medicare while holding the economy hostage using the debt ceiling. Now, the Republicans are considering cutting vital funding for veterans programs. |
