Voting to Limit Spending, Save Taxpayer Dollars, and Grow our Economy 

It is past time to address reckless government spending and the surging national debt. Despite President Biden’s refusal to face facts and get our country on the right track, House Republicans have presented a path forward to better the lives of Americans.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that House Republicans’ Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023 would save $4.8 trillion over the next decade while responsibly raising the debt ceiling. With Americans suffering under rampant inflation, fueled by reckless spending, it is imperative we get our fiscal house in order. I encourage President Biden to put politics aside and do what’s right for our country.

Happy 75th Birthday to Israel! 

This week, Israel celebrated it's 75th year of independence! As our most sacred ally, I am proud to stand with Israel and the Israeli people. As the only true democracy in the Middle East, Israel should be celebrated for its commitment to democratic principles and as a pillar of peace in the world. I look forward to the continued friendship between our two nations.

School honors 129th anniversary of its founding

This month, the North Carolina School for the Deaf celebrated its 129th anniversary. Located in Morganton, this innovative school has a rich history of preparing deaf students for the world. I am proud that a school that positively impacts the lives of so many is located here in the Tenth District. Happy Anniversary to the North Carolina School for the Deaf!
