John, Republicans are pulling all the stops to block President Biden’s Clean Water Rule.
As part of their latest crusade against water quality protections, a Republican-leaning federal court blocked the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule in the 24 red states whose attorneys general sued over it.
It’s becoming clearer and clearer that the future of clean water in the U.S. is in the hands of the ultra-conservative Supreme Court. Will you help our Members gear up for a critical fight ahead — and prepare for whatever roadblocks the GOP throws our way — by rushing a $8 donation right now?

House GOP members already tried — and failed — to overturn WOTUS once before. But because Trump packed our federal courts with hyper-partisan judges who would rather save face for their party than keep our communities safe and healthy, we know our fight to keep President Biden’s Clean Water Rule on the books will be a long one.
With the Supreme Court likely being the final arbiters on this issue, we can’t take our eye off the ball here, John. Our Members know that clean water is a fundamental right — and they won’t stop fighting until we pass laws to defend the Clean Water Act and stop the rollbacks on our environmental protections.
If you’re with us in the battle to defend clean water for the long haul, please make a quick contribution so our Members have the resources they need to see this fight all the way through.
