Hey John, I just left our budget meeting, and I have good news and bad news.

The good news: Our campaign launch was a success all thanks to people like you, John, who stepped up and supported me with a critical early surge.

I’m committed to being on the frontlines to ensure the issues of Durhamites are being addressed. I can’t do this without you, so thank you, John. But keeping up this fight hinges on us hitting every fundraising goal.

And to be completely transparent, the bad news is that our FIRST end of month deadline of the campaign is just hours away, and we’re still $3,772 short of our goal.

I need as many people as possible to become Founding Donors to this movement before this critical deadline, which is why I’m personally asking you to donate right now >> [link removed] ([link removed])

John, our community is stronger when every voice is heard and every person has access to the resources they need to thrive. But that can only be achieved if community members have faith in our trusted officials.

I’m dedicated to building that trust by removing barriers and building brides. I know together, we can create a progressive movement and fight for pro-community, pro-Durham policies. But we can only win that chance if we hit every fundraising goal from now.

So, I’m humbly asking, if you believe in our movement, please become a Founding Donor and donate what you can before our end-of-month deadline >> [link removed]

With love,
