Our April end-of-month fundraising deadline is less than 24 hours away,
and as of this morning, we're running 10% behind our 1,000 contributions
goal.

to help reach this critical goal and power Summer's work in Congress? This
is our first deadline of Q2, and we want to make sure we start this
fundraising quarter off strong.

This goal is a must-hit for this campaign. Our finance team has projected
that we *need* to bring in 1,000 grassroots contributions if we're going
to compete with our GOP opponent. And remember — Summer doesn't accept a
cent from corporate PACs, so we're counting on donations of $5 and $15
from people like you.

I'm so proud to be a part of Team Summer. Summer made history last
November when she was elected Pennsylvania's first Black Congresswoman,
and in Congress, she's advancing critical legislation like the Green New
Deal for Health, PRO Act, and Paycheck Fairness Act.

But the harsh reality is we can't take anything for granted. If we're
going to keep Summer in Congress shaking up the status quo and legislating
for working families, we need the resources to start 2024 campaign
investments now.

This people-powered movement has stepped up before, and I know we can
again. But we've already got a GOP opponent attacking Summer, so I have to
ask once more:
