More and more municipalities are incentivizing or requiring lasting affordability in their homeownership programs. This session focuses on the program design and implementation considerations that are unique to public programs. With an emphasis on transparency, compliance, enforcements, and partnerships, this session highlights best practices and lessons learned from a wide range of municipal homeownership programs.

Training Institute Online

Our goal is to make our training courses available, accessible and affordable to as many people as possible. We have converted our most popular in-person sessions into an interactive, 2 - 4 week online curriculum. Each course will convene  from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EST.
