Let’s get right to the chase – we were so busy updating you on the Democrats’ legislative session shenanigans that we neglected our operational work. That’s why we are still $3,950 away from reaching our end-of-month fundraising goal.

Independent communications sources like Shift WA perform a needed role in our state. We're the only outlet working daily to hold Democrats accountable for their failed agenda – you simply cannot trust mainstream media outlets to do the same. They proved just that during the most recent session.

The 2023 legislative session was a train wreck. Democrats passed a record amount of spending and raised taxes. They also prevented police from pursuing car thieves and – shockingly –legalized all drugs in our state by failing to take action to fix the so-called “Blake decision”.

Adding insult to injury, Democrats like Jay Inslee are pointing their fingers at Republicans who – throughout the entire 2023 session – were shut out of policy talks and budget negotiations. And mainstream media outlets allowed them to get way with their gaslighting.
