Clarence Thomas is and always has been unfit for the Supreme Court. Period.
Here’s just a taste of the scandals he’s been embroiled in:
❌ When he was nominated to the Court, he was credibly accused of sexual harassment.
❌ He has enjoyed lavish trips from and sold properties to a prominent GOP mega-donor for more than TWO DECADES — all without filing required disclosures.
❌ His wife, conservative activist Ginni Thomas, pushed conspiracy-theory-fueled attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election — all while Justice Thomas was hearing cases on the election.
❌ Ginni also attended the January 6th “Stop the Steal” rally where Donald Trump spoke, strategized with his chief of staff about overturning the election, and vocally criticized Democrats’ attempts to investigate January 6th. Then, Justice Thomas STILL refused to recuse himself from cases involving the election.
