Before you kick off the weekend, I wanted to remind you of our important fundraising deadline this Sunday. We are far behind our goal, so I wanted to ask, will you contribute $5 or whatever you can to my campaign to help us get back on track?

As you know, our monthly deadlines are crucial in helping us plan ahead for community outreach, budget for events, and pay our staff.

And as the new chair of BOLD PAC, the campaign arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, I look forward to what we can achieve with a strong grassroots network. There’s a lot riding on this next election, but early investments in campaigns like mine will set us on the right path to getting the focus back on working families.
