Yesterday, we told you about New York representatives who voted to cut Social Security. Now, we’re launching a billboard truck in California as well, highlighting Rep. David Valadao’s vote. This is going to be on the road in his district on Monday:
Billboard trucks aren’t cheap―but they ARE effective. Can you chip in $7 to keep our trucks on the road from coast to coast?
Alex’s email below has more about what just happened, and what comes next. Read it and chip in!

217 Republicans just voted to cut Social Security, John.
In passing their ransom demand, nearly every Republican in the House of Representatives just voted for a bill that slashes the already-inadequate funding for the Social Security Administration. If this bill becomes law, it will force SSA to close offices, reduce hours, and lay off thousands of workers. Most importantly, this will make it much harder for Americans to claim the benefits they’ve earned through a lifetime of hard work.
We’re going to hold these Republicans accountable―starting with the ones in districts President Biden won in 2020. We’re gassing up our billboard trucks to make sure their constituents know what just happened. Can you chip in to get our billboard trucks on the road?
There are 18 Republican members of the House who represent districts Joe Biden won in 2020. Every single one of them voted for this bill.
7 of them are in New York and New Jersey―which makes a pretty convenient route for our billboard trucks. If those 7 districts flip, so does the House of Representatives―and that would end Kevin McCarthy’s reign of economic terrorism.
Let these Biden-district Republicans’ constituents know that they voted to CUT Social Security! Rush a donation to our billboard truck fund today!
Thanks,
