It’s been just a few months since Josh Shapiro was sworn in as Pennsylvania’s Governor – and he got right to work to ensure every Pennsylvanian has the freedom to chart their own course and the opportunity to succeed.

He’s fighting to finally raise the minimum wage, expand our workforce and protect the right to choose.

But let’s compare that to what extreme Republicans are focused on. In Washington, some want to give the special interests a break while cutting funding for Social Security and Medicare. And here in Pennsylvania, they’re trying to take back control of the State House of Representatives so they can continue trying to restrict abortion access.

The contrast is clear. Josh Shapiro will always stay focused on fighting for Pennsylvania’s workers and families, but it’s going to take a continued grassroots effort to beat back extremism in all its forms.
