John – Donald Trump will give another State of the Union address tonight, but we already know the kind of message he’ll deliver: one filled with nothing but divisive, dangerous and hate-fueled rhetoric.

It’s the same cruel message Trump has been pushing since he announced he was running for president. The same one behind the relentless effort to rip health care away from millions of Americans, the attacks on immigrants and asylum seekers and the outright refusal to pass laws that would protect our loved ones from gun violence.

As much as you can count on Donald Trump not to turn over a new leaf tonight, you can count on me to keep fighting as hard as ever in Congress against his dangerous agenda. But before I attend tonight’s State of the Union address, I need to know where you stand, and I haven’t seen your response yet:
