The poll shows Helen 3% behind the leader, with 15% of the vote, but the poll’s margin of error is so large that the pollsters say any of the top five could win. Even more tellingly, a full 20% of Philadelphia voters are still undecided. 

What does it all mean? This race is entirely up for grabs, and what we do in the next 18 days will determine who leads our city for the next four years.
