John, do you remember the bills in Washington and California that allowed doctors to “transition” children without parents’ consent?
Well, a similar bill just passed in Minnesota.
They’re calling it the “trans refugee” bill.
The bill passed by a vote of 68-62 in the Minnesota House and a vote of 34-30 in Minnesota’s Senate. Next, the bill goes to Gov. Walz for his signature.
But what it does is it prohibits the enforcement of out-of-state court orders—child protection actions—if returning a child home would prevent the child from receiving “gender affirming care.”
In other words, Minnesota is preparing to strip parents of their parental rights unless they consent to dangerous and permanent “gender affirming care” for their child—including cross sex hormones, puberty blockers, and invasive surgeries.
You read that right.
Consent to the mutilation of your child or lose the custody of your child.
John, this is evil.
The radical Left has shown us who they are.
They have no respect for the sacred bond between a parent and child.
They have no instinct to protect a child’s innocence — on the contrary, they will stop at nothing to destroy it.
They have nothing but contempt for the family unit.
They don’t flinch at the idea of tearing a family apart, or subjecting a child to a lifetime of pain, suffering and regret for the sake of their ideology.
The radical left is out of control.
It’s in our schools, it’s in our hospitals, it’s in our legislatures — and it’s even in our White House.
One of our last lines of defense (and offense) is the law, and the Center for American Liberty’s work has never been more important.
We’re suing Kaiser Permanente on behalf of Chloe Cole and Layla Jane so that the doctors who coerce and mutilate children are held responsible for their horrific actions.
We’re suing the Chico Unified School District for socially “transitioning” the daughter of Aurora Regino with absolutely no parental consent.
And we’re committed to seeing these critical lawsuits through to the end.
I know that you understand what’s at stake, and I hope you’ll stand firmly beside us in the legal battles we’re facing and the legal battles to come.
