While traveling abroad to put on a foreign policy show as part of his illegal, shadow 2024 Presidential campaign in violation of both federal FEC laws, and Florida’s Resign to Run Law, Governor Ron DeSantis took advantage of being in Israel on Thursday, April 27, 2023 to sign anti-free speech “hate crime” legislation, known as HB 269: Public Nuisances.
The bill claims to combat “anti-Semitism”, but in reality, this bill threatens the rights of all Florida citizens. Watch this video to find out how you could possibly be charged with a Felony and be jailed up to 5 years in Florida for simply expressing your opinions by passing out leaflets, offending someone who falsely accuses you of being “racist”, or by projecting images onto buildings as a form of protest.
Make no mistake. This law will certainly be abused to target political dissidents and conservative Americans with “hate crime” charges. It’s unconstitutional. And we must hold Governor DeSantis accountable for his attack on Free Speech.
