Dear fellow MoveOn member, 

Fox News is falling apart. 

First, Fox News was forced to pay nearly $800 million to Dominion Voting
Systems—the largest media settlement in history—for spreading lies about
the 2020 election results.^1

Then, Fox News canceled Tucker Carlson's TV show—one of the network's most
highly rated (and most despicable) shows.^2


With Fox News on the ropes, MoveOn is ratcheting up its campaign to damage
Fox News even further by going after Fox's profits and demanding corporate
advertisers stop funding Fox's lies. 


MoveOn is planning big tactics to pressure corporations like AT&T, General
Motors, and Subway to stop advertising on Fox, along with pressuring cable
providers to stop carrying Fox. MoveOn is planning to mobilize millions of
people to target the companies directly, through petitions, letters,
unflattering press, you name it, and convince them to stop funding Fox's
lies.

But MoveOn needs your help.

power the campaign to defund Fox?



John, every dollar that corporations spend on advertising on
Fox News—and every dollar that cable providers pay to carry Fox—funds the
dangerous rhetoric and conspiracies that they blast on air.


It is utterly unacceptable that corporations like AT&T, General Motors,
Subway, and Comcast are bankrolling these despicable attacks on our
democracy, our families, and our freedoms. 


And now, with Fox up against the ropes, it is time to strike while the
iron is hot and cut off these critical source of Fox's revenue. 


But there's another reason we need to act quickly. In just a couple of
weeks, corporate advertisers will likely be meeting with Fox to strike new
advertising deals for the next year. 


AT&T, General Motors, and Subway have the choice to stop future
advertising deals with Fox News or to continue funding the hate and lies
that undermine our democracy. And they need to hear from us—right now.
