As I write to you, the current reality in Washington DC is that we don’t have a budget, or a measure to make sure we don’t default on our debt. The challenge to find common ground in DC can seem impossible some days, but I remain resolute in my belief that there is hope for bipartisan solutions to the biggest challenges facing our country. As a member of the Problem Solvers Caucus I am working every day to make sure that the values shared by most Americans are represented on the Hill in DC.
