*There is one permanent position to work as a Care Bureau Coordinator for 15h per week.*

*Hours will be worked between 3:00pm and 11:00pm every Saturday and Sunday.*

* The starting salary is 19,171 (Level One) rising to 19,945 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).*

*Job Purpose*

The Care Bureau is based at Dragon Court in Bilborough, and receives incoming enquiries via telephone and email regarding Homecare and other packages of care.

The main responsibilities of the role are:


* To provide an effective and efficient 'scheduling' and 'routing' service of all confirmed care bookings, referrals and requests received from Care Bureau Advisors, members of the public, commissioners, health/assessment colleagues, citizens and Adult Social Care Provision employees.
* Ensuring that out of hours queries are dealt with escalating emergencies to senior colleagues according to agreed procedures.
* To process and allocate care visits on receipt of urgent referrals and re-assign work in the event of staff absence.
* To ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data/information is maintained at all times.

This is a challenging but rewarding role within a fast paced service area, and would suit someone who can work accurately and efficiently both on their own and as part of a team.

*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*


* Ability to search, process and maintain manual and computerised records, including numerical calculations.
* Ability to assist in resolving and monitoring complex customer queries or complaints.
* Track record and aptitude to work in teams on a multiple range of duties, preferably commercially orientated.
* Ability to respect, and maintain confidentiality

* Reporting to the Community Partnerships and Projects Development Manager, the post holder will work collaboratively with partner organisations to develop and strategic approach to addressing Employment and Skills priorities at a community level.
They will act as the conduit to local communities for the job opportunities generated through the Nottingham Jobs Hub and will work proactively within communities and partnerstodevelop apipeline of appropriately skilled individuals.
They will take lead of the development of interventions to address barriers to employment at a citywide level, ensuring integration into community plans.
*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Understanding of local Employment and Skills challenges and appropriate methods of intervention
* Experience of driving and facilitating delivery partnerships
